FAQ's
Is my price inclusive of all charges?
Yes, the price includes all charges. If you book an Eco, Business or First Class service, the price is fixed and does not change. If you booked a taxi, the final price will be charged based on the taximeter.
How long will the driver wait for me?
Our Eco and Business class drivers will wait 45 minutes on airports after your flight lands. If you book a First Class, they will wait for 90 minutes. If you provide us with your flight number, we will take the actual landing time into account. This way, once the flight is delayed, you will still be picked up at the right time. Outside of airports, the drivers will wait 10 minutes in the Economy class and 30 minutes in Business and First Class.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our system automatically tracks flight delays in real time. If your flight is delayed or lands earlier, our system will notify the driver and you will be picked up at the right time.
What if my plans change and I want to modify or cancel the booking?
Modifications and cancellations over 3 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. After that time, they are charged full fare. If you made an hourly or long-distance booking, cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time. They are charged full fare after that time.
